B&W Magazine is devoted to high quality Black and White photography. It features news and and review of the black & white photographic art world, and has an annual context. One of the nice things about this contest is that they wanted portfolios of 8-12 images instead of single images and the entry fee was only $35 dollars for the first portfolio and $20 for each addition. Winning images would be published in the magazine in an issue fully devoted to the contest winners, so there will be a pretty fair number of opportunities compared to most contests.
